FAQs
Do I need to see a doctor in-person to use NIXXO?
In order to receive treatment from NIXXO, you need to have seen a physician within the last 3 years. If you haven’t been to the doctor in the past three years you’re not a good fit for our service. We advise you make an appointment for a regular check up in these kinds of situations.
Can I video chat with a doctor?
After you’ve finished your initial online visit, and a physician has decided you’re a good candidate for telemedicine, you can speak with a physician via messaging, phone call, or a video conference any time you like. Phone call and video conference are subject to availability of physicians, but we will always do what we can to ensure we address your every need.
